I have a few items to be added which I hopefully will do soon but for today I wanted to showcase the cake I made for hubby and father in law who share the same birthday.
Black Forest Cake and the whipped cream were made using this recipe although the cherry filling was bought as is because I couldn't find canned pitted cherries and I wouldn't have time to use fresh cherries.
In eagerness of cutting the cake we didn't sing happy birthday and jumped right into it. Hubby had 2 servings so my time and effort was worth it!!!
